Booking Qualifications
To qualify for service, pet must be no larger than 25lbs and require both bathing and hair trimming.
Service is designed to be preformed at clients residence. I do not allow “meet up’s” or service at unauthorized locations.
If interested in service please send an email through the Contact portion of my website. A 48 hour response window is appreciated.
I require only the rabies vaccination to be up to date. However, I suggest keeping the pet current on all vaccines your pets veterinarian recommends. If requested a King County rabies tag must be presented.
I reserve to right to refuse service to anyone if I feel it is inappropriate in regards to the general well being and health of the pet. This applies to pets with certain pre-existing medical conditions and severe matting.
Payment
I do not accept cash or personal check for payment.
However, have Zelle and Venmo available as payment platforms, as well as Square for credit processing on site. A $4.00 service charge will be added if using Square.
Payment is to be collected upon service completion.
If payment is not received with a 48hr time window from service completion then no further appointments will be made and I will reserve the right to refuse any future bookings until payment is collected.

What to Expect After Booking
You will receive an SMS alert notification to confirm the appointment is booked at the time of booking.
You will also receive a reminder SMS alert 24 hours prior to the service date as a courtesy reminder.
Then a text message 30 minutes prior to the appointment, from me, confirming I am on my way. Please respond to the message.
A 15 minute time window will be appreciated as traffic can be unpredictable and certain delays are not within my control. I will inform you personally if there is a delay.
Upon arrival your signature and consent to provide service to your pet for the day will be collected and then the grooming will begin.
Service Consent
Your pets safety and care is my number one priority. Gentle handling and fear free grooming techniques will be used throughout the grooming process to provide your pet with a positive experience. In the event I feel it is necessary to use an Elizabethan Collar for a portion of the service, one will be applied until it is no longer necessary. I do not use muzzles on the pets in my care for any reason whatsoever. In the event the E-Collar becomes ineffective or I feel I cannot complete the grooming safely, I will discontinue the service and your pet will be returned to you.
I make every effort to provide a flea free environment and practice frequent rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures within the vehicle. If evidence of fleas is found on your pet a flea shampoo will be used and a $5.00 fee will be applied. I use only natural flea products and allergic reactions to the products, however rare, may occur. I am not responsible for the pets sensitivity to the products used and recommend treating your pet for fleas and other parasites on a regular basis at home.
I reserve the right to use your pets photograph on my website and any other social media platforms associated with nevillegroomingllc. If you would prefer not to have your pet displayed on my platform, please inform in advance.
I am not responsible for any damage to your lawn and/or driveway where the service is being preformed. All of the products I provide and use are all natural and biodegradable.
Client presenting pet for grooming must be the legal owner and guardian of said pet and must be of age 18 years or older. I take all reasonable and necessary precautions against injury, escape, or illness of your pet. However, understand that the above may occur while caring for the pet. In addition, great care will be taken not to aggravate pre-existing conditions but also may occur. I will not be held liable under any circumstance.
Please read over the terms of service thoroughly and carefully. Your signature on a consent form collected at the time of service states you have read over and agree to the terms displayed put forth. A new signature will be collected at each service provided in the event this page has been updated.
